Michael & Kristi - Engagement

Here are a few shots from Mike and Kristi's engagement session taken at Riverside Park last week. Their wedding date is fast approaching on August 22nd, congratulations!

I didn't have a wedding this weekend due to a cancellation, but I had lots of other photoshoots including Sarah and Brad's engagement session. We went downtown also, to some of my favorite spots and some new ones. Sarah and Brad are getting married on September 26th, at one of my favorite church's in Grand Rapids, St. Anthony's Cathedral.

We practiced this one for the wedding day!

Love Grand Valley's campus courtyard, great spot for pictures. Sarah and Brad met at Grand Valley, and both worked the same job, handing out parking tickets! I guess no one else wanted that job!

Love railroad tracks, although technically I don't think people are supposed to be on them! Couldn't resist!

Some great tunnels under Pearl street...

Grand Valley's tunnel always makes for a good silhouette as well...

Can't go downtown and not do pictures on the bridge! There were at least 4 other weddings down there Saturday at this time as well.

Amber + Ben = Engaged!

Amber and Ben are getting married this year on November 1st. A few days ago, we went downtown for their engagement session and had the best time! They were so willing to let me get creative and do all kinds of fun and crazy shots! This lampost shot was a last minute end of photo shoot idea, and ended up being one of my favorites, thanks again for letting me "play" with this one guys!
