Jeff & Ann Butcher July 25, 2009

Congratulations to Ann and Jeff who were married on July 25th near MSU's campus (go State!) . It was a perfect summer day and we went all over campus taking fun pics, including the nearby Firestation where Jeff works... lots of fun pics on the firetruck! Blogging has to take somewhat of a backseat to actually getting full weddings done now, (not to mention everything else...), from May, June and July, AND August now, so highlights will be taking closer to 3 weeks now per wedding.

Seth and Rachel Wright July 17th, 2009

Rachel and Seth were married in my favorite little town of Westphalia at the always beautiful St. Mary's Catholic Church. It was an unseasonably cool day with lots of overcast skies that I was not complaining about, and I'm sure refreshing for the guys in their tuxes as well! We took lots of pictures in the Rose Garden behind the church as tradition of all my Westphalia weddings, and some fun shots in the bowling alley down the road. The guys finished off the night with cigars in the parking lot... apparently this is a new tradition they have started! Dave and Kate's Highlights 7.04.09

Can you believe it, I finally have gotten Kate and Dave's 4th of July Wedding Highlights up! That mini-vacation I took to Mackinac after the 4th really threw off my schedule and I'm still paying the price.... Anyway, I was really looking forward to this wedding, as it was my first 4th of July wedding and my first time shooting at the fabulous Grand Volute Ballrooms in Lowell. Gorgeous venue!! Awesome staircase, big rooms! Plus Fallasburg is right down the road, and that's always a perfect place for wedding pics, minus the traffic across the bridge, darn it! The wedding party was fun and put up with all my demands on a muggy/partly rainy day...! Plus Kate and Dave were a super fun couple to work with! Congratulations you two, Hope you had fun and enjoy your new lives together!
